No.  CableAmerica will not send you emails asking for any personal information including your user name or email password.  Additionally we will not send emails containing links to third party websites requiring you take some sort of action on you email account. If you receive an email of this nature please be advised that the email is fraudulent and to be deleted.  This type of email is known as "phishing" and is an attempt to gather your personal information. Often these email messages are authentic-looking and instruct the recipient to provide sensitive personal information.
