CableAmerica is here for YOU! Early in the COVID-19 crisis, we made the commitment to keep our customers connected in order to assist everyone during a difficult time. We waived late fees and did not disconnect any customer for their inability to pay for services. We will continue providing service and waiving late fees for customers with outstanding balances through August 3, 2020.
If you have an outstanding balance, it is important that you contact your local customer service office at 800.338.1808 to make a payment or set up a payment arrangement by Monday, August 3, 2020, in order to avoid a late fee or service interruption.
